The staff very pleasant and helpful. Pleasant room. Friendly atmosphere. Right on the seafront, near all facilities. Lashings of hot water. Very good value. Breakfast very nice and promptly served. Pool table good fun. Would stay again.

Could do with some fresh painting and refurbishment here and there. Room decor looking rather out of date. Hand towels needed in rooms as well as bath towels. Provision of plastic cups to rinse teeth would be nice.

The stay was enjoyable and I would stay here again. Loved Clacton-on-Sea, the hotel was pleasant on the seafront. The location was incredible and amazing - just 5 minutes' walk from Cars. Moreover, it was next to sea and beach and pier ok. The rooms were tidy and the staff were efficient!

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

I thought the room was very dirty there was mould on the bathroom walls and ceiling.There were big cobwebs on the ceiling of the room and furniture was very dusty and some was broken in places.

Great suite, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were really friendly, and the location right on the seafront was fantastic. everything was really good, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. 🌊
